These terms govern your use of EV Drip (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What EV Drip Is
EV Drip is a research and comparison site for EV aftermarket accessories. We publish product research, compatibility notes, and outbound links to third-party retailers. We do not sell, ship, install, or warranty any product, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a retailer.
Fitment and compatibility
Compatibility information is research, not a guarantee of fit. Manufacturers change part numbers, trims, and model-year hardware without notice, and a listing that fit one build may not fit yours. Always confirm fitment with the seller or manufacturer against your exact model, year, and trim before you buy.
Installing aftermarket parts can affect your vehicle's safety, software, and manufacturer warranty. Some parts require professional installation. You are responsible for deciding whether a part is appropriate for your vehicle and for having it installed correctly. Nothing on the Site is installation or safety advice.
Accuracy of information
Prices, availability, specifications, and seller ratings change without notice and may be stale or incomplete by the time you see them. We cannot guarantee any individual data point. Always verify the current price and details on the retailer's own page before purchasing.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract our content through automated means without written permission, not to interfere with the Site's operation or security, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party retailers
Any purchase you make is solely between you and that retailer, under their terms. We are not responsible for their listings, descriptions, pricing, stock, shipping, returns, warranties, or conduct. Returns and warranty claims go to the seller or manufacturer, not to us.
Intellectual property
The original text, research, methodology, and design of the Site belong to EV Drip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Tesla, Rivian, Ford, Hyundai, and other vehicle and product names are trademarks of their respective owners. EV Drip is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Drip and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. That includes purchases made on the basis of information published here and any damage, injury, or warranty loss resulting from a part you bought or installed.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EV Drip and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

How This Site Is Produced
We use AI tools to help research, draft, and maintain parts of this site, including product summaries, comparison notes, and articles. A person reviews what gets published and we fix errors when we find them, but AI-assisted content can still be wrong or out of date. Always confirm the details that matter on the retailer's own listing before you buy.
We do not publish AI-generated reviews or testimonials, we do not present our own editorial judgments as customer review data, and we do not display star ratings we did not receive from a real review source.
Content You Submit
If you send us anything, including an email, a correction, or a price report, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the site. Do not send confidential material or anything you are not free to share.
We may remove or decline to publish anything sent to us, for any reason. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, contact us with the page, a description of the work, and your contact details, and we will review and remove infringing material.
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between us are resolved and limits the ways you can seek relief.
You and EV Drip agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
You and EV Drip each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or take part in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims and may award relief only to the individual seeking it.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may ask a court for an injunction to protect intellectual property rights.
You can opt out. Email hello@codemodeapps.com within 30 days of first using the site, with your name and a statement that you decline arbitration. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else in these terms.
If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section does not apply and disputes will be resolved in the courts named under Governing Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
